Acupressure is my gift to me. I started it four years ago as a means to get through chemo. Now it is a tool to keep me healthy, positive, and centered. It is the best gift I have ever received.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to you and your staff for the healing arts that you offer at the Warwick IGM^® Acupressure Center. I have been a client of the Center since August of 2006.

When I first came to the Center, I presented with a myriad of physical ailments, and I was a nervous wreck: The past 15 years of my professional life as both an office manager and a hair stylist left me with problematic carpal tunnel syndrome. As the condition was chronic and rather painful, I was in fear of either losing my livelihoods and/or needing corrective surgery. My sinuses were also a chronic problem, and I came down with sinus infections every other month. In addition, I was suffering from severe burn-out as the designated caregiver for my significant other.  I was middle-aged, broken-spirited, in chronic pain, and a man for whom life was looking rather bleak—prior to my acupressure sessions.

However, I left my first session on August 1st, 2006, feeling refreshed, calm, and able to breathe clearly. As my acupressure continued, my physical ailments and chronic conditions either diminished or have drastically improved. My mood and affect have improved, I have a positive outlook on life, and I enjoy a high degree of serenity in my daily life.

I just had my 17th session this evening with Jan Ehrhardt, my IGM^® Acupressure Practitioner at your center. In the past few months, my creativity has soared. I truly feel as if I’m experiencing a personal renaissance. My work as a Hair Stylist/Make-Up Artist has soared to new heights of creativity, and it’s beautiful work. I’ve written four songs in the past three months, one of which was in Italian, and my singing voice is stronger than ever. The worry and frown lines on my face have softened and diminished, and I look younger. I have lost at least 10 pounds since availing myself of your acupressure services. For the first time in years, I feel like I make the world a better place through my altruism and my kindness. I feel happy and content being me.

Aside from the benefits of the acupressure treatments at your center, I find that the ambiance, the staff’s technical expertise, and the center’s professionalism truly make me feel as if I am entering a healing space every time I cross the center’s threshold. You and your team of IGM^® Acupressure Practitioners have truly created a little oasis in Orange County. Keep up the good work!
