Judith Rae Davis, Ed.D., CCPI, IGM® Instructor

Judith Rae DavisI suffered from migraine headaches for over 30 years.  Medications of all varieties did not relieve my headaches. I tried meditation, Qigong, massage, yoga, and a host of modalities. I finally heard about Isabell Gatto and IGM® Therapeutic Acupressure in 1997. After three sessions with her, my headaches disappeared! I was enormously curious about how the modality worked, so I decided to take the training to learn more about IGM.® Once I got involved in the training, I felt a calling to do work as a practitioner. I began with a small practice in my home. Later I completed all advanced training and eventually was chosen to serve as an IGM® Instructor.  My practice has grown over the past five years, and after working out of the Acupressure Center for three years, I have relocated my practice in my home.

In addition to my practice here in Warwick, I am a professor of English at Bergen Community College in Paramus, NJ.

Joie Ogrodnick, RN, BS, CCPI, IGM® Instructor

Joie OgrodnickI was involved in a car accident and injured my back in 2001. After a year of allopathic medicine, muscle relaxers, physical therapy, pain medicine, and limited mobility due to back spasms, my doctor finally ordered an MRI. The results were 3 compressed and 2 bulging vertebrae. He suggested surgery.  I knew that was not a choice for me.  After Isabel Gatto did a presentation on IGM® Therapeutic Acupressure at the hospital where I work, I decided to try IGM® with a local practitioner. Within a month, I was off medications and stopped physical therapy. Moreover, I  have had full mobility of my back ever since.

IGM® has brought an incredible balance into my life while helping me heal from the dis-ease I experienced with the back injury.  After experiencing the benefits, I decided to go for the training so I could help others heal themselves by allowing their bodies to be re-balanced and integrated. Once becoming a Certified Practitioner, I realized I wanted to continue to learn and have successfully taken all advanced classes and am at the Initiate level of training. Last year, I was bestowed the honor of becoming an IGM® Instructor. I also partnered with Judi Davis to open the Warwick IGM® Therapeutic Acupressure Center.

In addition to my practice here in Warwick, I work as a nurse manager in a hospital emergency room.
