IGM^® Therapeutic Acupressure combines the best of many holistic modalities into one simple, effective technique that supports and complements all levels of healthcare and overall wellness.

Acupressure has been practiced for over 5000 years.  It is an ancient Chinese art of applying pressure to certain points in the body to release energy (also known as Qi or Chi) that is locked or blocked along pathways (called meridians) in the body.  When the energy pathways are blocked, various symptoms result, including pain and disease.  When these pathways are opened, energy is free to move, which causes the body to heal itself.
